Caroline has worked in the consumer-packaged goods industry for 10 years. Previously she worked in Brand Management and Category Leadership at regional and market level at Procter & Gamble. Caroline leads transformation projects and develops data-based strategic revenue growth plans focused on Promo, Pricing and Profit pool analysis at XTEL.
Karoliina Andersen
Global Head of RGM
Karoliina has worked in the consumer-packaged goods industry for 15 years, in strategic and commercial finance roles at global, regional and market level at Upfield and Procter & Gamble. Currently Karoliina is Head of Global Revenue Growth Management at Upfield, in charge of designing and developing the Revenue Growth Management program and deploying it to markets and regions across the globe.
Victoria Milne
Sales Excellence and RGM Director Europe
Victoria has worked in consumer-packaged goods industry for 16 years in sales, marketing, finance and strategic planning roles at global, regional and market level, most recently at Imperial Brands. Victoria is the Sales Excellence and Revenue Growth Management Director Europe at Upfield, embedding consistency and best practice in RGM, trade marketing and category management across the region.
