POI Fall Summit in Dallas - November 2023
On Thursday 9th November at 3.10 pm we will present a session on the transformation program carried out by Hostess Brands which focuses on enabling profitable growth through renewing their planning, commercial process and systems. Touching also on the role of RGM in establishing the right foundations for empowering strategic business decisions, with illustrations from Jack Harnedy, Senior Director RGM at Hostess Brands, on how he is bringing the 10 Life Principles from his book “Snap & Go” to his role, to the team and to the program.
We will also host a Networking Breakfast on Thursday 9th November, from 7.00 am to 7.55 am, we hope to see you there.
